When your clients message you or send meal photos first, it activates Meta’s 24-hour customer service window, keeping delivery costs near-zero and providing high delivery reliability. If you ever exceed your pool, accounts operate in Throttle Mode (safeguarding essential check-ins) by default, or in Pay Mode at a flat ₹0.30 per extra credit.
